Hi, I’m Julie Dabrusin and I’m the federal Member of Parliament for Toronto-Danforth. I am challenging my colleagues and their constituents from coast to coast to coast to Race Across Canada! This is a fun challenge and each riding will be able to raise money for charities in their own communities, in partnership with the Isolation Run Movement.
Here is how it will work. Our great and beautiful country is 8,030 km across from west to east. Each riding which is participating will come up with a team of any number of participants. It can be five, 10, 50 or even more! The more team members you have, the less distance each has to cover, and the faster you can complete the challenge. And in this challenge you can run, walk, hike, bike, roll and canoe/kayak! The challenge starts on Wednesday, July 15th!
Each team member is responsible for entering in the distance they have covered for each activity using this Google form (https://forms.gle/wjaUPDQgP7FYnc3J9). Every Monday, Isolation Run Movement will post a leaderboard to see how each riding is doing. Which riding do you think can race across our country first?

Come on, Canada, let’s get moving!
